The process usually takes 2-4 weeks, depending on organization size and complexity. You'll receive a comprehensive report with prioritized recommendations and an implementation roadmap.

Do you create custom training content or use existing programs?

​We specialize in custom learning solutions tailored to your specific business objectives, culture, and challenges. While we can recommend and adapt existing programs when appropriate, our strength lies in creating original solutions and outlines that address your unique needs. This includes interactive workshops, e-learning modules, job aids, assessment tools, and ongoing reinforcement materials. All content is designed to align with your brand and organizational voice.​​

IS THERE A CHARGE FOR THE DISCOVERY SESSION? 

Yes, there is a $500 investment for our Discovery Session, which ensures we can dedicate the focused time you deserve and provide a recommended plan moving forward. The great news is that if you decide to move forward with our recommended solution package, the $500 will be applied directly to your project. A Discovery Session includes a 45-minute virtual discussion, a Discovery Session Summary Report, a Recommended Solution Path Forward (5-10 pages), and a ​Custom Pricing Guide and Timeline​.

WHERE IS ALLÉE & CO. BASED? IS TRAVEL INCLUDED IN THE PRICE QUOTED?

ALLEE & CO. is based in the Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Northern Virginia (DMV) area, serving clients locally and globally. For speaking engagements and consulting projects within the DMV region, no additional travel fees apply. Travel outside the DMV area will be included in the price package, with costs determined based on distance, duration, and specific event requirements.

Can you work with our existing LMS or learning technology?

If you don't have a Learning Management System (LMS), we can recommend solutions tailored to your specific needs and budget. We also provide guidance on implementation best practices and can support the technical aspects of content deployment and tracking.

What are your fees, and how do you structure pricing?

Our pricing is project-based and varies depending on the scope, complexity, and timeline of each project. We offer transparent, fixed-price proposals so you know exactly what to expect. We also provide retainer arrangements for ongoing support and have flexible payment terms. Following our initial consultation, we'll provide a detailed recommended path forward and proposal with clear deliverables and investment levels.
